➤ Adv. S Vinay Ratnakar, B.A. LL.B (Hons.), M.A.
Mr. S Vinay Ratnakar has pursued his Bachelors of Law from the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and is also an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi for half a decade. He provides online consultation to various clients across the country through virtual means, and also regularly appears in various matters before various Tribunals, High Courts of Chhattisgarh and New Delhi, and the Supreme Court of India.
He has worked on diverse matters including Civil, Criminal, Service, Employment, Labour, Consumer, Family, Insurance, Taxation, Customs and Corporate Law. He has briefed matters to various Senior Counsels and also appeared in a number of matters before various forums in New Delhi like the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mines Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
His keen understanding of law is replicated by his thorough legal research and exceptional drafting skills. It is worth mentioning that he has drafted more than a few Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Legal Notices, Legal Opinions, Contracts, Interlocutory Applications, Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, etc.
➤ Adv. Nabab Singh, B.Sc. LL.B.
Mr. Nabab Singh is a pass out of Meerut University and is a practicing Advocate in New Delhi having specialization in Civil, Criminal and Service Laws. He has a considerable experience of working on a wide variety of Constitutional matters (Writs including PILs), Commercial, Service, Family, Criminal and Civil Laws for private clients.
Nabab handles litigations, arbitrations and advisory work on a variety of issues including Commercial Courts, MACTs, Civil Suits, Consumer Complaints and Specific Performance of Contracts. He also regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Consumer Tribunals, District Courts in Delhi and NCR. Nabab also provides opinions for various Clients relating to Insurance and Service Laws. He has drafted several Suits, Appeals and Writs including Public Interest Litigation, Service Law and Contracts.
➤ Adv. Saurabh Shukla, B.A. LL.B, LL.M (Corporate Law)
Mr. Saurabh Shukla has done his Bachelors of Law from SSLG, Jaipur National University, Rajasthan and has a Masters degree in law from MATS University. Mr. Shukla is enrolled with the Bar Council of Chhattisgarh and has been practicing in the High Court of Chhattisgarh and District Court of Durg. He has a combined experience of four years in litigation and academics. He has a passion for enlightening young minds and he has delivered guest lectures in several Colleges and Universities.
Over the years, he has worked on drafting and pleading various Bail Applications, Anticipatory Bails, Summons, Memos, Rent Agreements, Commercial Agreements, Lease Agreements, Business Contracts relating to trade, compensations, etc. He has appeared before the District Courts, Sessions Courts (SDM), Consumer Forums, Tehsil Offices, Collectorate, etc on several occasions.
He excelled under the guidance of the eminent scholar, Late Prof. Dr V.S Mani who was a stalwart in International Law. Apart from litigation and teaching he is also pursuing his Doctorate in Law. Further, he has good command over procedural laws at lower court jurisdictions in the original side and the Constitution of India.
He is capable of doing intensive Research work on diverse matters related to the Arbitration & Conciliation, Indian Penal Code, Code of Civil Procedure, Family Law, Negotiable Instruments, etc. Mr. Shukla mostly looks after the matters in Courts with original jurisdiction and delivers efficient and effective services.
➤ Adv. Surbhi Gupta, B.A. LL.B (Hons.)
Miss. Surbhi is a practicing Advocate in New Delhi having specialization in Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Law and Corporate Law. She has considerable experience of working on a wide variety of Commercial, Corporate, Insolvency, Civil and Regulatory matters for PSUs as well as private Clients. Surbhi handles litigations, arbitrations and advisory work for her Clients on various issues including Debt Recovery, and matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, grant of tenders, contractual disputes arising out of execution of various contracts including EPC, BOOT, and Turnkey Contracts and Sale-Purchase Agreements. She has worked on a number of Consumer cases for Real-Estate Projects, Insurance Contracts, etc.
She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, NGT, Consumer Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunals. ➤ Mr. S.U. Prabhakara Rao, M.A., PGDM in ADR
Mr. S.U. Prabhakara Rao is a Retd. D.G.M. (Personnel) from Steel Authority of India Limited. During his tenure of service he had dealt with a number of service matters and Union strikes from the side of Management. He did his Bachelors and Masters from Andhra University, and holds a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the N.A.L.S.A.R., Hyderabad.
He is an extended part of our association where he provides us assistance with his experience in dealing with Industrial Relations and Service matters, and adds value by dealing with a number of cases concerning Arbitration and Conciliation.
